Investors Gobbling Up California Foreclosures

Here are the latest statistics for short sales, foreclosures and bank owned properties in California’s East Bay area - Alameda & Contra Costa counties.

I was in Brentwood a few days ago looking at 40 homes for an investor group that wants to purchase up to 100 bank owned properties in Contra Costa county over the next year. 20 of the homes met the criteria and I will be submitting offers on several of them this week.
